The Poly-Supreme Technology Warranty & Biz Policies :The
following policies have been created to ensure a good business relationship
between Poly-Supreme Technology and our customers. We will do everything
possible within these policies to make doing business with us an easy
and enjoyable experience.
WARRANTY:
Poly-Supreme Technology Co., Ltd. warrants Fingerprint Car Security
System for a period of one (1) year from the date of customer receipt
or commercial invoice. Fingerprint Car Security System are warranted
to be free of defects caused by faulty materials or poor workmanship,
and to conform to specifications furnished by Poly-Supreme Technology
Co., Ltd. Our guarantee is valid only if our product has been properly
installed in the vehicle for which it was designed to fit. Any alteration
or modification of the product will also void the warranty. Poly-Supreme
's Liability extends only to the replacement on the defective product
and will not assume any liability for installation charges or other
damage caused by the defective product. At manufacturer side, the intangible
concerning installation and un-installation compensation are not considered
and will not be covered.Warranty for parts including Keypad, cables,
fingerprint enroller, speaker, main host or any other consumable parts
is limited to defective design, and workmanship for ninety (90) days
after customer receipt or commercial invoice date; this warranty is
contingent upon proper use in approved applications. We reserve the
right to inspect the defective part and refuse a grant credit based
on the criteria above.
Price List:
Poly-Supreme
Technology suggested list prices will not be published in this website.
All of our customers will receive a new price notice when price changes
are due.
Payment:
Telegraphic Transfer *USD25 intermediary bank charge
*Not inclusive of transportation fee.
Backorders:
Normal
procedure is to ship all items in stock and cancel any backorders. However
we do accept backorders on request. Please notify your salesperson if
you wish to have items placed on backorder.
Shipping Policies:
Poly-Supreme
Technology receives a substantial discount from our Freight Carriers.
These discounts are only available if the freight charges are paid by
Poly-Supreme Technology. We want to pass these savings on to our customers.
Therefore, unless special arrangements are made, we will not ship to
you "Freight collect". Orders that associated with shipping must be
paid by customer. All orders will be shipped with the carrier of our
choice unless other arrangements are made with your salesperson.
Defective Parts:
If you encounter a defective part
( Including the Main Host, Keypad password controller, Fingerprint Enroller,
6 needle Wire, 14 needle Wire, Alarm speaker ):
There is a system serial lable on the Main host. Do not tear the label
off. Otherwise, we wil regard the Main host has been opened and which
we will not accept replacement to you.
Do not install it on the vehicle.
Do not throw it away.
Place
the defective part into its original packaging, set it aside and call
your sales representative. We will do everything possible to promptly
correct the problem. Please note that return of the defective part may
be required for credit.
In such cases, Poly-Supreme Technology will arrange for pickup and delivery
of the defective parts to our factory for inspection.
Damaged Freight:
Every
effort is made to ensure that the products leaving our factory arrive
undamaged to you, the customer. However, damage can and will occur during
the shipping process. Poly-Supreme Technology is not responsible for
damage or loss caused by the transporting carrier.
All claims for lost or damaged merchandise must be made with the carrier.
In order to assist you in the claim process, we suggest following guidelines.
Make sure the number of cartons you receive matches the number on the
Bill of Lading.
Do not sign the Bill of Lading unless all missing or damaged cartons
have been noted on the Bill of Lading / Delivery Note. It is your responsibility
to sign for the correct number of cartons.
It is impossible to claim last freight if you sign for all the cartons
on the Bill of Lading. Inspect all freight for damage. Note any damaged
cartons on the Bill of Lading.
IMPORTANT ! If you do not specify any damage freight, upon receipt
of goods, your signature will accept the freight " AS IS " and will
release the freight carrier of its responsibility for the freight.
Stock Returns:
If you need to return on item, please follow these steps:
Step 1. Call your salesman and explain the reason for the return.
Step 2. Fax the copy of the invoice to the salesman.
Step 3. Pack the merchandise to be returned into sturdy boxes. Mark
the invoice number on each box.
Step 4. Arrange shipping for the merchandise and send it back to us
freight pre-paid.
The
return freight charges are YOUR responsibility and all freight
collect shipments will be refused unless special arrangement is made.
Your return will be processed and credit issued for the qualifying parts,
minus any re-stocking fees or other charges and pending inspection of
the return merchandise.
All merchandise returned must be in original packaging, unopened and
in good sellable condition. Items with bags that are tattered and torn
will be subjected to a re-bagging / labeling fee of $1.00 each. Proven
defective parts will be replaced at no charge. Return parts subject
to 20% restocking charge. Items must be returned no later than one year
from the date of purchase.
Returns in excess of 1000 Dollars will be considered a stock rotation.
An offsetting order of equal or greater value must be placed within
30days of our receipt of the returned merchandise.
We
absolutely do not accept any returned product from our competitors or
similar products. Any return items that are not manufactured by Poly-Supreme
Technology will be discarded immediately and no credit will be issued.
ANY RETURN, SHIPPED FREIGHT COLLECT WILL BE REFUSED!!!
